I really like Dr. Patricia Gallegos. She is soft spoken but really takes an interest in the patient. I never felt rushed or that my questions were stupid. I appreciate that she is willing to help me in the way that is best for me.

Dr. Patricia Gallegos is the primary care physician for an older man with developmental disability and serious anxiety disorder. She has been so great and put him at ease to the point that he is happy to go to the doctor now! If it weren't for the great medical team at NW Primary Care, he might not be alive today. Great clinic and staff!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I wasn't worried about their
equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I REALLY NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR DR. GALLEGOS OR HER NURSE TO EMAIL PERSONAL QUESTIONS PLEASE. MY JOB DOES NOT ALLOW FOR PHONE CALLS. PLEASE ADVISE HOW I CAN EMAIL HER/THEM. THANK YOU. SHANNON
