I've seen James Cook twice. Both times he struck me as condescending and unhelpful, and in both cases the treatments were ineffective and I had the issues resolved elsewhere. I don't usually write reviews, but I was motivated by how phony the rest of these seem.

Not so bad as far as service and getting what I needed done, done but now I'm trying to take care of an underlying problem that they might have been able to catch earlier if they had asked more questions. Skin problems are notoriously hard to diagnose so I don't fault them but I do believe they could have been more inquisitive into my condition.
