This provider has messed up record keeping and billing (not sure system issue or people issue) but they won't bill you right away as they dont seem to know (very confusing) even though they check with insurance firsthand and once you forget about it you will receive bills in enormous amounts unless you decide to become their lifetime customer and keep on paying them. They make way too many mistakes in billing and if you dont pay attention you might be paing 2-3 times more than you should be. I didnt find their treatments effective but it may be worth visiting other honest and trustworthy providers. I would stay away from them as much as possible. They deserve a zero-star rating. Owner is hot-tempered

Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!

HCC is a great chiropractic service provider! I met them at a local farmer's market, which shows how community-oriented they are. I don't feel like a number rushed in and out at their office as I have at other medical service offices. I'm a customer and they pay attention to me. Doc is great and so are all of the techs. I've only the best to say about them. My recovery from numerous and all-too-plentiful spinal issues is going extremely well. I'm thrilled to be feeling 40-something (which I am) rather than 80-something as I was before I started treatment/therapy at HCC.

About a year ago I suffered a back injury. Hamilton County Chiropractic is located close to where I work and they were able to get me in quickly. After just a few treatments I was able to resume my normal activities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Going in for my appointments never felt like a chore, but more like visiting family. I am greatful to Dr. Beaber for the care that I received and still do!

They always take good care of me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my appointments here. I've come to look forward to my appointments and I can tell they take pride in their office's appearance.It is very well organized and well taken care of. they also have extra events planned in their office because they care about your overall health.

My experience at Hamilton County Chiropractic has been a very positive one. In April of 2010, I was scheduled for cervical surgery. At this time I went for a consultation with Dr. Beaber he assured me that he could help, which he did. I was able to cancel my surgery and since resummed my everyday activities. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful and I will be ever thankful to the staff and Dr. Beaber.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
