The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I was very skeptical when I left my first appointment. I definitely had my doubts. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I felt a little numbness when I left my appointment with Charles Graham, D.C.. It scared me a little but I kept thinking it would go away. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.
