Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. The lady who does all the billing was very helpful and told me all I needed to know about what to expect to pay after insurance. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Brian Ruddell and felt that he had helped me more then any medical doctor ever had. I would definetly recommend this clinic.

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. While I was waiting to be seen, I could hear them talking poorly of me because the guys wife wanted him to move a trailer, and couldn't do so until all the patients moved their cars.

I visited Ruddell Chiropractic a couple of different times and paid the full amount I owed EVERY time I left. I received a bill for a significant amount in December, for a charge mistake THEY made when I went there in September! Their excuse was that they screwed up and charged me the wrong amount, then they said that they charge the patient more than what they really owe because of insurance, which they DID NOT tell me to begin with. Then, after I paid what I owed, I received a detailed statement with my receipt. They charge $12 for a "massage" that lasts about 5 seconds. This charge was added on every time I went in September, 4 times! I will never go to Ruddell Chiropractic again. I urge you, if you are thinking about chiropractic care, to really drill the people behind the desk about exactly what charges you're being charged and what for before you get a surprise bill 3 months AFTER your visit!
