Don't let them suck you in. They will put you on a payment plan, but not adjust you correctly. It feels like an assembly line, you are just a number and there is no one on one with the doctor. The doors are always left open. There is no privacy what so ever. The adjustments are ALL the same. Adjustments are identical for every visit. When you express to the doctor that you are still in pain, it seems like he doesn't really care.

I had never been to a chiropractor before and after falling I needed some relief on my back. I had a few friends refer me to Dr. Hilliard so I gave it a shot. The vibe in office was very welcoming, the girls didn't make me feel like just another patient. They helped me with any questions I had before I went in to see the doctor. Since I had never been to a chiropractor, I didn't know what to expect. Dr.Hilliard explained what he was going to do before he did it, so that was a huge relief for me. I felt relief almost instantly. I am glad that I came to see Dr. Hilliard and to be on a path for healthy wellness. Thank you!

I am so thankful I found Hilliard Chiropractic! Dr. Hilliard educated me on things I never knew about chiropractic. He was able to finally, after spending too much money on medical doctors, tell me what was going on with me and why! Even other specialists were of no help to me. The girls in the office made me feel welcomed and seemed to treat all of the patients coming in as their favorite! I am so excited to at last be on the road to healthy! Thanks again Hilliard Chiropractic! :)

This guy was great, I had my first appointment last week and I have been to chiropractors my whole life. His education process is wonderful. I learned more in one day than I have in 20 years of going to other chiropractors. He is very busy, I have never seen a chiropractic office this busy in my life. He has got to be doing something right!!

Not at all! I was very confident when I left!

The office was super cold and uncomfortable. I left feeling like I was hit by a truck and didn't feel better until I visited another dr that informed me I had a dislocated shoulder blade, dislocated ribs and my hip was out of place. Dr. Hillard came across pompous and arrogant. The mandatory video was informative but ultimately a waste of time. During my x-ray review, he never gave me eye contact and my adjustment was done by a drop table rather than by hand. Not at all happy with my appointment and would never recommend them to anyone.

The office staff was not friendly, did not greet me when I came in. Been going here for several years and the service has just gotten worse and worse. Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but was very disappointed at my last visit. While adjusting my back and neck he was rushed and made it very uncomfortable and painful. Did not talk to me about my back or any of the problems I had mentioned. Did not tell me if I needed to come back or what he thought after he adjusted me. Left me laying in the room without telling me I was finished had to wait for someone else to come get me and tell me I was finished. Woke up with more pain in the specific areas that were hurting before and very stiff and sore the next day.

Were told "free" examination and x-rays. Pay $20 per person for the visit and at your appointment will receive your money back, either credit to your card and cash. Were given appointment time of 10:40, reminder call told us 10:50, on the way to the appointment they called and said 10:30. Facilities are dirty, receptionist and office manager are unprofessional and rude. In front of new clients ranted about "They are sick of babysitting their clients, aren't they adults, they should know when their appointment is" this when they called and the client told them the appointment was supposed to have been cancelled. Receptionist asked if they received a reminder call and she said no. But manager said put them down as missed appointment and charge them anyway. We scheduled a 2nd appointment to review x-rays, were originally told it would all be done same day, and asked for our refund. Was told no, you have to come to another appointment first. Ended up getting our money back but first was told by Dr. Hilliard we were wrong, she didn't say that (I don't remember him standing there when we were setting the appointment up) and the best and most professional part "Give them their money back and get the hell out of my office" not just once but three times. Hope all "Professionals" don't treat people this way.
