After being knocked to the ground and landing hard on my left hip I got an appointment with Dr DeWitt. After "looking" at my body through some sort of large lens which he rubbed with his fingers and produced an odd quacking sound, he diagnosed me with having South American parasites. He didn't know the name of them, but they came from fruits and vegetables imported from South America and I definitely had them.
I told him I had been knocked to the ground and hurt my hip and he told me that had nothing to do with my pain. Well, perhaps the injury had activated the parasites, but it was the parasites causing the pain. He showed me a bottle of herbal supplements and wrote the name of them on a scrap of paper and told me where to buy them. I was to take them for thirty days and then had a ten day window in which to decide whether or not I was cured. If not, I was to take another thirty day dose.
That was the end of my appointment. I left thoroughly disgusted.

He is amazing. He always is running behind because he answers all your questions, so expect to sit there for an hour. Sometimes he doesn't even ask you where it hurts. He examines you, and then he tells you where you hurt and he is right. Kinda creepy. He also doesn't charge for children.

They were going to make us what 3 hours after the scheduled appointment. My son had waited two weeks for an appointment and traveled 40 miles and they could not get us in. My son was in pain and they could not get us in at our scheduled appointment. What doc does this.

Dr. Dewitt has something, a "calling" if you will. The miracles he is able to perform he did not learn in chiropractor school. I had a good, I even thought great chiropractor in the town I live in.

Then I heard some almost unbelievable things about the miracles Dr. Dewitt can perform. And beings I not only believe in miracles, I expect them. I thought what have I got to lose.
So I took a half day off work, I'm a teacher, and my mom and I drove two hours to Colfax, to check out this miracle man.

It was the weirdest chiropractor visit I've even had. I don't even know how to describe the contraption he used to access me and my mom. We told him where we hurt, and the machine verified that by squeeking in the area where we said we hurt. OK, now here comes the weird part....the part of me that my chiropractor has never been able to get to go away completely is in my lower back, was what Dewitt was going to work on, but instead of adjusting my lower back where my chiro alway works Dewitt said, "It's in your stomach and proceeded to do an adjustment just below my belly button". Then he said go walk around and see if you can get your back to act up. I walk did all the things that normally would have pissed it off, totally not reaction. I could go on and on about the rest of our visit but either you believe in miracles or you don't and if you believe in miracles then what I have written will be enough..

Oh one other thing the visits are only $30 and he doesn't reschedule because he always think your most likely fixed and won't need to see him again. He does say if it does not hold forever be sure to come back.
