He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They were extremely careful

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Somewhat, they could've used more help

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
