I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Premier Health. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return to Premier Health! I had an amazing experience! They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. This provider always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to! They always listen to every question or concern I may have! After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore.
