My mom went to her for relief of chronic headaches. I'm a nurse who told her not to do any "aggressive" treatment as per PCP who is a D.O. She did xrays/ scans and knew where fusions were (cervical and lumbar) she commented that "you really can't do damage where fusions are" (???) she assured my mom and I she would be gentle.
Long story short. She treated the lumbar / SI area(WHY??) and precipitated much more severe pain in that area. She never called my mom to "resolve" this explore this after I had asked her to. My valid anger and concern was considered "harassment " by her. My mom has not been able to sleep in a bed since; may need surgery to get pain relief.
