I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They didn't customize their treatment at all to address my specific condition. They just give all their patients the same adjustments, which isn't very effective.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
