I went to this Dr. bc my friend referred me. I went in for my allergies and acne. The Dr. took about 3 hours to talk to me and about my health history which I was impressed by.HOWEVER, I was the last appointment and by the time the nurse was in to draw my blood the doctor was gone for the day and the office manager Liza came in with the proposal which I didn't sign and said she is ready to leave and the proposal is $1,135. So I was put on the spot to pay. The office DOES NOT file claims for insurance. The nurse was a young gal who kept on playing with her hair the entire time she was talking to me like a high schooler and did not inform me fully of how to do the 6 take home tests. I had to go back in after I left to remind the nurse that she forgot to take my urine test. After a few days I decided this was too much for my budget and very time consuming. I had not even touched the tests and told them I would like to return it. The Dr. said if I don't do the tests he can't help me out which was understandable. He said since I had not been giving correct directions on how to perform the take home test he would refund me for everything. After a week I found out that out of the $1135 they only refunded me for $440. They said some tests were done in office which can't be refunded. I understand that but there was a GI test for $350 which they refused to refund. By the way , the tests expiration date is sept 2015 and it had not been opened. So today I receive a bill from the lab that they sent my test too for $300. So on top of the $188 for the blood test I paid for that they said was done in office now I am hit with a $300 lab bill. Oh there was also a stool test for $30 they charged me for.... I never gave them a stool sample.

So as you can see this office is strictly out to rob you. Do not go to this Dr.'s office.

To anyone interested, I will gladly show you the paperwork to prove it. Please need to realize the Dr. office main concern should be to treat people, not making money off of test that are not performed.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth.
