They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
