This chiropractor is hit or miss in the treatment of their patients and the friendliness of their staff. One day you will be treated very well, the next not so well. They try to have a one stop shop with A family practice Dr., xrays, lab etc. but the Dr. is very lacking and EXPENSIVE. It feels as though you are just a ATM machine to them and they keep stringing you along with appointments, they make you feel like you need to keep coming back to get better. Dr. Keogh sometimes seems like he isn't there mentally and just going through the motions. His new Chiro Dr. Josh is surrounded by a drama fest called Altra Chiropractic/TRF and seems in over his head some days. Dr. Keogh's wife runs the office and hurts customer relations more than she helps it. If you don't mind being used as an ATM machine with endless amounts of money to spend while they milk your insurance company to the limit then go see them. They might eventually help your back problems... or not.
I gave them a half star extra just because they have xray and tens machine therapy.

Caveat emptor: Consider yourself warned. Dr. Keough is one of the worst chiros I've ever seen, and I've seen a number of them over the years. Dr. Keough hides his incompetence under a folksy demeanor and is not afraid to pull strings at the state level as well to quash any complaints lodged against him, as he is friends with the head of the state health and human services committee who is also a chiro from the same chiro college as Dr. Keough. Dr. Keough fails to thoroughly document patient concerns, fails to perform thorough testing to identify the source of neurological complaints, fails to refer to more appropriate healthcare providers when obviously clinically indicated, and exhibits questionable ethics by making advertising claims that have absolutely no clinical basis of support in the literature, i.e. bedwetting. He has also recruited a second medical doctor in as many years as well as another chiro, as the first chiro he hired allegedly failed to pass their licensing exam fast enough for Dr. Keough's wife who manages his office. These additional providers were recruited to increase insurance billings to finance his newer clinic and lend "credibility" to his clinic as a viable healthcare option. If all you're looking for is a provider with an "aw shucks" smile and "seems nice," then by all means, seek care with this provider. If you seek competence and ethical treatment, though, look elsewhere, as if you are ever injured by this provider as I was, your chances of obtaining disciplinary action from Dr. Keough's friends at the state board is slim to none, and attorneys don't care if you're "nearly crippled," only if you're "permanently crippled."

I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They were to unprofessional for my comfort. I left the office feeling very upset and dissatisfied. I waited for over and hour to have a 2-3 minute treatment and Dr. Keogh didn't even discuss my new knee problem. I feel like they did more harm than good during my appointment. Their equipment probably needs an update. During my adjustment, I felt very rushed. He barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
