I can't say enough about the great experience we had at Dr Hedin's office. We are in town for a couple of weeks and my 15 yr old grandson had an injury to his hip. We went to urgent care and xrays looked normal but his pain was significant and his alignment was pretty twisted. To begin with, Allison was the sweetest, most knowledgeable contact person. They found a slot to fit him in and then showed an amazing amount of compassion and patience. My grandson is on the autism spectrum and tho he's high-functioning, that has its own set of challenges. Dr Hedin was just amazng with him. He explained everything so that his patient understood and felt comfortable. He was so likeable that he let him do everything that was required and we left with exercises to induce healing and a feeling that we had been thoroughly cared for. Thank you, Dr Hedin and Allison for really going above and beyond.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they answered my call right away

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
