I have been going to Dr, Shortell for several years. Diognosed with several back problems, including scoliosis, nerve damage, etc. My adjustments have been of immense help in alleviating pain & discomfort. Dr. Shortell and his staff are professional and caring. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It is a very nice family environment and they truly care about your health and well being.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
