They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
