I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.

I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. One thing I love about this provider, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
