I suffered from back spasms. After dealing with a quack of a "chiropractor" from Round lake, who made my back even worse, I was in soo much pain and in tears!
I honestly was pumping gas at the marathon across the street from this location and was silently praying for a solution. (No joke, I have 2 kids, and their routine continues no matter how much pain mom is in) So,when I looked up as I removed the pump from my vehicle there was a sign that read "chiropractor" I took it as a sign!! I decided to give them a call and was comforted by the sweet voice of kaylee, who said to come right in. She is the sweetest receptionist I have ever dealt with. Thank you for that! It's rare nowadays.
Then I met Dr Risner. He listened to me, took xrays to figure out what was wrong, explained the x-rays to me, and answered every single question I had. Now, here I am 3 weeks later walking like a human again. � I literally walked in like Quasimodo on day 1. This man has magic hands, I think.
I was actually so happy with how quickly I was moving by week 1 that i decided to bring my husband in for a consultation, and is now getting regular alignments with Dr Risner. Please, please if you have back pain, do not put it off. Go in to see Dr Risner today! I do not wish this pain on my worst enemy!

Dr. Risner helped my son out with his neck pain that was giving him headaches in school. He also eliminated my lower back pain. He makes adjustments that are necessary and corrects issues with out over extending unesassary care , which I've come across with some chiropractors.
