I have an amazing experience each time I go. I couldn't believe the difference Dr. Karen has been able to make. I really admire her and her excellent team for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Truly - the best customer service of my life. A+++++
