I have gone to 5 Chiropractors but going to Family Chiropractic was the BEST choice that I have made!!! Not only does the doctor listen she thourouly explains your treatment. I went in with spasms and walked out feeling better words can explain. I wished I found this office a long time ago I truly feel amazing...

First of all, the chiropractor herself, Katrina Neyer, is wonderful. Top Notch. I always felt amazing and she helped correct a pinched nerve. The problem I had is the with the management staff. The business manager pushed additional treatments without the doctor's input (ultrasounds, for example). Essentially, the chiropractor is just an employee (and a good one), and the business manager is collecting the insurance money. I was disturbed that someone who is NOT a doctor was promoting medical treatments and analysis to pad her own wallet, rather than for the health of the patient. If you do go, be cautious of what you accept.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
