They have a beautiful restroom. Custom tile work and a supply of baby diapers and a changing table, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their patients and their families to be as comfortable as possible. It is obvious that they care about the patient experience. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Dr.Hawkins was very approachable and listened to my health concerns. I found the renewable energy focus - they have solar panels and a windmill interesting and refreshing.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
