I have been to Dr. Karla several times and she is simply the best Chiropractor that Ive ever seen. She is great not only with her work but is always full of life and energy. If you are looking for a Chiropractor you wont find one better than Dr. Karla!! I have also been seeing Danny, One of her Massage and Bodywork Therapist for my Rotator Cuff. I had an MRI and was told that I needed Surgery but between Dr. Karla and Danny I have no more pain and I have complete range of motion now. I have seen many So called Massage Therapist in the past and none has ever came close to this guy. They make an awesome team!!!

The PROS: I always know they're going to try to be ready for me at my scheduled time, but sometimes it's 30 minutes before a table is open. A 4:30pm appointment will see me leaving the office at 6pm. The office is out in the country away from town, but I like the laid back feel. Dr. Karla is very friendly and there is a "social gathering" feel as many of the patients know one another and chat freely. You feel as if you're going to hang out at a friend's house rather than going to the doctor and her patients are very loyal.

The CONS: There is no time to discuss your case in private with the doctor. Attempts to email go unanswered and phone calls are returned by the receptionist. If you have a follow up question you have to wait on them to ask (which they do in the open office in front of everyone) and then give you the information. The doctor has helped my pain tremendously, but I would like a 10 minute consultation in private once in a while. The office needs to be updated and expanded to include more patient seating and maybe a therapy room away from the opening and closing door. I have been going to Karla for years and I think she's wonderful, but she has gone through at least four receptionists in the last year. The first was wonderful, but they are getting worse each time. Many times I've shown up for an appointment and they had no record of it and I had to show them the card THEY wrote the appointment on. One receptionist had me scheduled twice on the same day and another time on back to back days and then not at all on the days she had written down. Her latest assistant is extremely argumentative when you tell her something is wrong. When she gives you a wrong date she blames it on the computer, but if you don't show up for a date she has you scheduled for she calls and wants to know why you aren't there and wants to charge you. Not cool. The receptionist thing could be what sends me elsewhere for my chiropractic care.
