I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were decent, but not very affordable

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Dr P is AWESOME, I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff and patients. The entire staff seems happy and personable, and it made me want to return all the more. They are so kind, caring and willing to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. Their office is neatly loaded with photos and other various Olympic, Pro and amature sports items with thank you quotes written from athleats that have been treated by the three Dr's. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor was more "rack'um and crack'um" so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. For all you sad, non touchy feely folks...watch out, Dr. P is a hugger. :)
