I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
