Dr. Brown's clinic has helped me significantly a number of times for low back and sciatic pain issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and their service is efficient. In addition my wife has had enormous relief for low back issues even though she has many arthritic spurs along her spine. We would recommend Dr. Brown's clinic in West Knoxville to anyone who has these issues.

Why are all the reviews blurred out? I am here at this place with my wife for first time, because her back is hurting really bad and is only 5 minutes from our home. Our concern is the cost that they are not telling us. They said, there will be no out of pocket expenses from "This Office", which I am not really sure what they really means. I don't think my wife is going to need 30 visits.I have been thru this before and definitely there is a financial catch to all of this. I just heard from the nurse telling my wife that she will not be injecting her with "Dextrose" fir her back pain today. Not during her first visit. Insurance rules! We'll see how this whole thing is going to turn out. No real big issues or complaints so far as long as she's feeling better!! Still will like to know, why they blurred all the reviews?

Run as fast as you can from here. They are more interested in financial incentives than one's welfare.. This office is an assembly line clinic which not only does not address the initial concern of the visit,, but generically treats everyone with the same adjustment. It is dangerous to have daily neck adjustments. As well they unneccessarily radiated me as the tech told medicare would pay for that many. Never once did the doctor evaluate my spine with hands.....just xrays. Then another doctor who has not even reviewed my chart adjusted my neck only....i came in for an extremity alignment as i had fallen on my shoulder. Two hours after my second visit, the pain has spread and is so intense.
Also went to their wellness breakfast talk......he spoke about how diet and nutrition were so important while serving donuts and bacon/cheese roll-ups. I have been going to chiropractors for 40 years.....these people are truly dangerous.

My family of 4 went after receiving a telephone call offering a free evaluation and treatment. The treatment consisted of lying on a bed while jets of water shot onto the flexible center panel. Then we were sent to similar beds with automatic rollers beneath a similar flexible center panel. I guess this was supposed to be a massage. All this was in an open area. As we lay on the "massaging" table, a man, presumably a chiropractor, came and 'adjusted' our necks. One family member declined, and the remaining three of us got severe headaches shortly after we left the office.
After the treatments,an associate urged us to sign up for a series of visits. The experience felt like a high-pressure sales pitch, and we declined.
We have subsequently received numerous telemarketing calls from Brown Chiropractic, despite our requesting that they not call us.
