My relationship with food has improved since working with Erica Leon. I have worked hard to change my attitudes about food and weight, take in the information presented, slowly but surely incorporating the changes suggested by Erica. She understood my need to move at my own pace. I'm more confident that I can make healthy food choices on my own. I've seen other nutritionists who were argumentative and less than understanding about my needs. Instead, Erica was very calm and understanding the entire time. She is compassionate and cares deeply about the issues of those she meets with. She has been available to answer any questions or concerns I have between sessions.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
