I am shocked by the reviews I saw about Alexis.
My entire family has reaped tremendous benefit from her supportive, perceptive and knowledgeable approach. She has helped me lose weight i could never have lost due to a chronic compulsive eating problem. I cannot thank her enough for helping my daughter with a very frightening eating disorder. And my husband's weight and cholesterol are within normal range. The offices are beautiful. The staff could not be more supportive and we waited no more than 10 minutes for our visits. When i read the reviews it felt to me like this was one individual who for some reason was out to sabotage this wonderful practitioner and her office.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait forever.
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
They were explained, but not thoroughly
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Are you going to visit this provider again?
Not if my life depended on it
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Did this dietitian-nutritionist customize your food plan to accomodate your personal tastes and lifestyle?
Not at all. My food plan was full of foods that I hate and didn't fit my schedule
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
Are you confident that you're going to be able to reach your health goals after visiting this dietitian-nutritionist?
No, I don't think they're going to be able to help me

They were average

No
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
No, they could have used some continuing education
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
No
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
