Sheila is caring and extremely helpful. I have known her for years through triathlon training, but hired her when my almost 4 year old was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. We have Kaiser insurance, but the RD who they provided basically told me to read their articles on Celiac and was not helpful. I hired Sheila and she explained all the foods and non foods that contain gluten and what to be aware of. We even went to a grocery store and she spent two hours with me showing me how to read labels and what to look for. She really does care about you as an individual and getting your nutrition correct to help fuel your body.
