I am very disappointed by the way we were treated here. They failed to mention that they only accepted cash or check. When we arrived for our appointment we were told that we could drive to a teller to get the cash but the time we were gone would come off of our initial evaluation time. This was completely unacceptable. I was sure to inform the referring doctor right away and we will never do business with this practice.

I have to say I was disappointed with the visit we had today. The first visit was suppose to last an hour or longer, we spent close to 20 minutes in the wait room and only 45 minutes with the dietitian and when we tried to ask questions we were told we were over our time limit. Really sounds like the time and money come first here and what we did receive we could have found in a book. We had nothing to consider a follow up and we were no better off than when we arrived. In my opinion we wasted our time and money.
