I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. They always knock before entering my massage room. They understand how important it is to respect my privacy. Most people probably don’t think about the chairs in the waiting room area, but I have to say that they really have great chairs to sit in. They were soft and extremely comfortable, which helped me relax immediately before my massage began.
