They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was amazed by how clean their sheets were. They looked brand new. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
