O stars, please! They have very few, if any, qualified staff. Owners have NO qualifications in fitness, but they are training people!! (And she is overweight - that should tell you to run out the door ASAP. ) It is overpriced ($45)for what they offer. The equipment is out of date and some of it is "out of order." Very few classes. You can join the New Holland Rec Center for only $48.50 for a couple - TWO people - and get so much more - state of the art equipment (their site says it is the same equipment as biggest loser), a huge swimming pool, walking/jogging track, areobics room. You can even get a membership that includes child care if you need it.
