They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return.
I booked a facial yesterday with Kia and it was by far the worst facial I have ever had. She acted like it was the first facial that she's ever given. She didn't use correct spa techniques...she simply rubbed on each mask/cleanser and wiped it off...never explaining what each one was for. She did no extractions (although I needed them), she didn't do any massage and left the room twice for an extended period of time.
I get facials on a regular basis and I was excited to try a new place; it's very unfortunate that I received such poor quality from this salon. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever visit this salon for a facial.
