There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Before they even started my massage, they asked me detailed questions about my preferences for the massage. They made an extra effort to make sure I got the exact massage I was hoping for. They were extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
