My husband & I both go to Body Mechanics Therapy in Palatka. Our therapist is fantastic. We always leave feeling so much better & our spine is loosened up so we feel 2 inches taller. The therapy is done almost as if they are hardly touching you but when they finish you are amazed. It is so much better than anywhere else I have tried, my husband has bad arthritis & nerve issues & I have lupus so we have tried several types of therapy. This is absolutely the best!
