Completely unorganized- I had a morning appointment scheduled and she called to cancel it and hour and a half before I was supposed to be there...she gave a vague reason that I didn't believe at all. I thinks she just wanted to do something else that day. Then it was a struggle to schedule another time for me- I ended up asking for my money back. I was definitely disappointed with the whole process.
