I noticed a little improvement in my overall relaxation after my massage, but nothing significant. I was hoping for a better experience. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I definitely didn't get the deep massage I was hoping for. They barely applied any pressure at all.
