I have been amazed with the impact and results from my massage from Vladka.

Wear and tear from the years of football, tennis and other aggressive physical activities led me to painful steps first thing in the morning and on the pickleball court.

I will never forget the morning after my first massage with Vladka.

First thought, "I slept through the night without a wake up, can't remember the last time that's happened!"

Next, after taking those first few get out of bed steps I thought, "what's up? My knees, thighs and feet don't hurt!" With a big smile, I had to go try the stairs which I typically avoid in the morning. I walked down with no pain and ran up as a challenge. No problem. Big grins!

I played six hours of pickle ball the day after the massage. I was again surprised with almost no pain. Typically, that much activity makes the next morning brutal. No problem.

Following days have brought similar results.

I strongly encourage anyone with those morning aches and pains to enjoy the surprising benefit of a therapeutic massage from Vladka.
