Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!
Was the massage therapist able to customize their massages for clients with injuries?
Absolutely not. They gave everyone the same massage

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

John was most personable, very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I first contacted John Butera referred by Dr. Hall) after a car accident where I incurred injuries to my neck, shoulder and spinal trauma that left me in great pain; physically and emotionally. John helped me through by allowing me to talk about my trauma and injuries, how these affected my life and future; John was very helpful in my recovery in more ways than massage therapy, going beyond that to helping me emotionally heal. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. John was professional, focused; an excellent person of character and one whom I would recommend highly. Lia Lambrecht
