The worst place ever to put your loved one and family members. The staffs are unprofessional and they leave your loved one (residents) for 8 hours before changing them. The staffs from management do many favoritism toward their own people. For example, their LVNs DO NOT give the resident's medication directly to the resident, instead the LVNs drop it in their food which the resident DO NOT eat. When you go around and collect the food trays you can see the pills/medication on top of the good all mushy. When visiting family members and they get up to use the restroom you see pills all over the pad, who knows how many days those pills has been there and the resident never got better. Many staffs on the floor do not even stay on their assigned section of their patients, but instead talking and laughing all loud and unprofessional from the other side of the building. LVNs often go take smokes break like every 20 minutes and no one is ever around the nurse station when visitor arrive, so family members cannot even ask questions about their loved one. ITS THE WORST PLACE EVER TO LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE AT CHERRY VALLEY HEALTHCARE IN BANNING, CA. When family members arrive at the main entrance the management kisses ass, be all friendly, kind, talkative, helpful, but once the family members leave your loved one never be check on and change for 8 straight hours. Speaking from experience and witness it.
