A large capital investment in equipment with no investment in customer relations or engaging customers. A couple of good employees who kept the place clean are gone. The new owner has made no effort to introduce himself or make members feel welcome. The merger with Unique Physique-a good old boys sweat shop- makes it the only place to work out in the SW quadrant of Loveland -the latter which is their only selling point to date. Let's see what they do going forward.
