The womacks are awesome people..family oriented and want you to get the best results.they were way ahead of their time.with future knowledge in rehab and functional exercise..I have been to many gyms and by far they put it all together..my family and I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the child care was a must be be for my kids..hats off to Ken and linda.they do so much for so many people.
