They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
