Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff, they are professional, and extremely knowledgable regarding intense training. You do get results. They challenge you and train you based on your level of fitness and experience. I'm finally getting the results that I've always wanted.

This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I have been a member of Rock Hard Fitness for 8 years and can say without hesitation it is the best gym I have lifted in anywhere. Curtis, Rock, Steve and Barry are top tier trainers and the members range from Dekalb County Sheriff Deputies to folks trying to stay in shape to Division 1 athletes playing in the SEC and other conferences. Rock Hard is open 24 hours with a Key Card system, has plenty of cardio, nautilus and free weights and it is a REAL GYM. No chrome weights, juice bars or techno music. Prices are very reasonable and clients are very friendly. What Rock Hard has above many other gyms is a family atmosphere--every time you walk in you will see familiar faces and Staff are all great about remembering names and details about the people who work out. You will not find a better place to be networked with leaders in the Tucker community and won't find a better gym to get in the best shape of your life.

When my gym closed last Christmas, I was in need of another gym that provided me with flexible hours, that didn't have the obnoxious "disco" music of fitness classes blaring over the gym music, and that provided me with equipment which could help me meet my fitness goals. When I first went to Rock Hard Fitness to tour the facility, I was happy to see that there weren't any "fitness" class areas... that it was a gym. I was a bit hesitant because of the mismatched equipment and the mismatched weights, but I liked the ability to use a keycard to use the gym, and I liked that it wasn't a "gym-in-a-box".... rather, it was a real gym. I also liked the fact that you could pay month-to-month instead of signing a contract. Barry and Rock are two of the trainers in the facility, and both of them have been nothing but nice and helpful. Over the past couple of months, the owner, who is a former body builder, appeared to become a bit more "gruff" with some of the clients. While I understand that owners of businesses probably hear their share of complaints, I had gone out of my way to be nice to him. I have watched as this behavior has escalated over the past couple of months, and I do not believe it is the type of behavior which will keep a business going. This past week his behavior was "over-the-top", and I realized it had become beyond tolerable. I left the gym that morning and found another gym in which I feel appreciated, which offers more services for the same price, has staff who are responsible for picking up after the rude clients who leave equipment scattered around, and has comparable hours of operation. This other gym does have the disco-music fitness classes; however, their rooms are more sound proof than my old gym's.

Overall, Rock Hard was a gym with flexible hours, nice clients, and personable trainers; however, customer service in this day and age will either make or break a business; and I believe that, for the money, there are other gyms out there which can provide much better customer service.
