I bought a Groupon for my BFF for her birthday. She called to make an appointment and over the course of the next 10 months has been told some bogus excuse and rescheduled over and over again. This last time the person was SO extremely rude to her and told her to call Groupon to get her money back. This place needs to be reported to the BBB for fraud.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I scheduled my appointment with a Groupon certificate and like many others they cancelled the day of the appointment. Also they redeemed the Groupon as soon as I called.

The lady who called me (30 minutes) before my appointment was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. This was to be a Mother's Day gift and they totally ruined it.

I wouldn't recommend this place for free.

However Groupon was awesome and refunded my money for both purchases, I have a feeling now I wasn't the first person to call them.

I bought there services on the Groupon. Schedule my appointment on my birthday. Is soon is I schedule an appointment they redeemed my Groupon! Then on my birthday they send me a text of a cancellation my appointment and they have to reschedule . I can't get through them, no one ever pick up the phone. I try to get my money back from Groupon, but they not doing anything! Please don't schedule your appointments and get your money back from Groupon! This is a scam!!!! Some federal agency should look in to this!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, but they said they were going to!

This place is horrible. I tried scheduling my Groupon appointment twice and everytime I went there, they had canceled it without calling me AFTER I called them the day before to confirm my appointment. Now I have to try to get my money back from Groupon. This place is horrible and the staff is rude. DON'T GO!!
