All the time! They always answer the phone quickly and are very helpful
Did this day spa offer quality products for sale?
Absolutely! I love all their products!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

No, I never saw one
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
