Had a mani/pedi with Regan a few weeks ago and got an infection under my nail from the manicure. Instruments used were pulled from a drawer and there was no evidence of sterilization. At the end of the pedicure(with no plastic bag in bowl and the same with the instruments) a stranger came in the back door with a paint sprayer and asked "can I bring this in here" to which she replied "sure". I paid a LOT OF MONEY for these two services, and after a visit to Urgent Care and two visits to my PCP the infection is still not gone. Be careful going here.

We had a mother and daughter trip to carter caves and wanted to pamper ourselves along the way. I chose this salon and spa because their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. The front desk as well as the message therapists went above and beyond my expectations. They are so warm and professional, and it made our trip a wonderful memory to cherish. I did not receive my hot foot towel massage with the massage but the counseling session was very thorough. It was an experience and place that I will definately recommend to my friends and family.....Thanks staff at Studio 21....
