Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

I have been using Lisa for a couple of years now. I am always impressed with her and her staff. I had been wearing glasses for 10 years and I wanted to try contact lenses, but could not find a pair that was comfortable for me. She would not give up - she said if contacts were what I wanted, she was going to find me a pair I loved. She did it!! She is passionate about her job and truly cares about her clients.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
