They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Have been her patient over 10 yrs. Her professionalism and attitude always keep me coming back.
